I’m a tax accountant turned operations specialist. I needed a way to combine my management, financial, and marketing skills into a profession. That’s when it hit me that becoming a Certified OBM and Director of Operations professional allowed me to utilize my current skillsets and do what I love: helping others excel in their business. Analytics, tech, and marketing/operations are my love language.
